## Description

FORMAL EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST INVITED PRIOR TO THE RUNNING OF A CLOSED TENDER: Existing building of the Management School constructed c\. 1975 will undergo a full refurbishment and remodelling\. This includes new roof, windows and M&E as a minimum\. This will include expansion and relocation of the existing café outlet and provision of new café\. Lancaster Leadership Centre constructed c 2005 will undergo light refurbishment works based on its current condition\. There is an element of new build and forming of a new east entrance to effectively link the 2 existing buildings\. The location of the site is Bailrigg Campus, Lancaster, LA1 4YW\. The University is now inviting formally structured expressions of interest in the project, before running a closed tender\. RESPONSES MUST BE IN THE PRESCRIBED FORMAT\.
