## Description

Preston City Council , as part of its Open Space and Playing Pitch Strategy is seeking to appoint a concessions operator partner that will promote, develop, and manage tennis provision within several Parks Sites in Preston\. The purpose of the tender is to identify an Operator who can demonstrate their ability to work with the Parks Service to drive the service and tennis development forward, and who can demonstrate a flexible approach to deliver the best possible tennis facility and services within agreed criteria and outcomes
