## Description

Rooftop Housing Association Limited \(Rooftop\) is seeking a Provider with an excellent track record of providing a high standard call handling service for 12 months with an option to extend \. The Provider shall provide an out of hours emergency telephone call handling service for residents of Rooftop\. The services will relate to emergency responsive repairs and anti-social behaviour\. The Provider will be responsible for logging calls appropriately, as per Rooftop's guidelines and procedures\. Rooftop has a dedicated in-house team taking these calls from Mon-Fri - 8am -16:30pm therefore the Service Provider will receive and prioritise calls during out of hours\.
