## Description

NOTE: This notice was updated on 13 October 2025 for the following reason: This contract has been extended through to 11th February 2026 and the value has increased\. The contract has been amended under the 2015 Procurement Regulations 72\(1\)\(b\)\(Support for the creation of the 5 Case Model, potentially up to Full Business Case \(FBC\) for the Enable transformation programme\. Central to this will be a suitably qualified economist to lead development of the Economic Case; in addition to more general support, advice and assurance over SLC's development of the Strategic, Economic, Financial, Commercial, and Management Cases in line with HM Treasury's Green Book guidance\)
