Cannock Chase District Council contract The Works include the design and installation of:
• 232 internal fire rated timber doors within the communal areas of the 34 general needs blocks managed by CCDC. • 65 internal fire rated timber doors within the communal areas of the 4 sheltered schemes managed by CCDC. • Modifications and improvements to 31 fire rated timber doors within the communal areas of the 34 general needs blocks of flats managed by CCDC. • Modifications and improvements of 81 fire rated timber doors within the communal areas of the 4 sheltered schemes managed by CCDC. • Remediating measures to the 446 identified compartmentation deficiencies within the communal areas of the 4 sheltered schemes managed by CCDC. • Remediating measures to the 236 identified compartmentation deficiencies within the communal areas of the 34 general needs blocks of flats managed by CCDC.
