The Tender is to provide Architectural Services for Dacorum Borough Council's 'New Build Programme'. This will cover a number of old garage sites and includes the following schemes: o Beechfield, Kings Langley, Hemel Hempstead o Dione Road, Highfield, Hemel Hempstead o Housewood End (1), Gadebridge, Hemel Hempstead o Housewood End (2), Gadebridge, Hemel Hempstead o Newpark Drive, Leverstock Green, Hemel Hempstead o Semphill Road (1), Bennetts End, Hemel Hempstead o Semphill Road (2) Bennetts End, Hemel Hempstead o Sleddale & Wensleydale, Highfield, Hemel Hempstead
