## Description

The scope of the works includes the refurbishment of ground and first floor toilets including alterations to offices and the reception area of the library\. New LED lighting and modern ventilation is also proposed for these works\. The contractor is to price all works as per the specifications attached\. The contractor is to note that they will be the Principal Contractor \(under CDM Regulations\) overseeing all works specified in this project\.
