Three services provided: 1) Professional Accounting or Auditing Services fees 2) Provision of tax advisory services in the form of letters and discussions in relation to the application of COS heading 52 regarding Northumbria NHS Foundation Trust's claim for legal and expert costs for the period 13 February 2024 to 13 May 2024. 3) Completion of tax advisory services relating to the proposed Aseptic and Laundry LLP structures including additional advice issued in relation to the Aseptic LLP Services rendered in respect of Laundry LLP Services rendered in respect of Aseptic LLP fee.
