Provision of Vehicle Cleansing Services

Description

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent is seeking to appoint a suitably capable supplier to provide vehicle cleansing services to operational Gwent Police vehicles (cars and vans). This service will cover the geographical area of Gwent. 2.2 The service required will be ordered as and when required, with a maximum response time of three hours. The requests will either be co-ordinated through the Fleet Department or if out of office hours via the Force Control Room. Historically the Commissioner has placed approximately 200 orders per year. The Commissioner however does not guarantee any volume of business during the framework period. NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
