TENDER FOR SECURITY & KEY HOLDING SERVICES CORBY INNOVATION HUB

Corby Innovation Hub are premises managed by Corby Borough Council that provide facilities for businesses (business units). The requirement is for all year round, 24/7 responsive guard services and key-holding, to respond to alarm calls. On- site guarding (one guard) is also required on alternate Saturday mornings between 06:30 and 13:00. Additional services may be required as specified. The intended start date of the contract is 5th February 2018. The initial term of the contract is 12 months with the option to extend for two periods of up to 12 months each making a maximum term of three years (1+1+1).

Interested parties must also register their interest by email to the Corby Innovation Hub Manager david.allen@corby.gov.uk by no later than Wednesday 6th December. This is to ensure they receive any further communication regarding the tender, such as clarifications. A summary of questions received, and the Councils responses, that are relevant to all potential bidders will be up-loaded to this Opportunity Notice soon after the deadline for bidders questions.

Interested parties must complete and return TWO paper copies of the attached Response document (doc 4) addressed as described in the tender documents.

Additional information: Friday 01/12/17 PLEASE NOTE: The estimated contract value has today been revised DOWNWARDS to between £15k & £20k maximum. This is the estimated lifetime value of the contract based on the maximum term of 1+1+1 = 3 yrs.
