College Street, Town Centre Public Realm Redevelopment Stage 2

This is a 2 stage procurement for the design and construction of Rotherham Town Centre Public Realm College Street. The procurement process is being conducted as a direct award under YORCivil2 South and West Sub Region Lot 3: Civil Works over £0.5 to £4m South. The stage 1 services will be to take the RIBA3 designs for College Street through to RIBA 5, including the agreement of the price for the works leading into the award of the works contract. There is also a need to secure the order for the paving materials in stage 1 due to long lead times. Stage 2 construction was awarded 08.03.21
