Commercial Management for Major Highway Infrastructure Projects

Norfolk County Council is seeking consultancy services to provide commercial management, advice and assistance on its major highway infrastructure projects. This will be predominately for the Norwich Western Link project, but flexibility is likely to be required to provide consultancy services during the life of the contract for other projects, which could include Great Yarmouth Third River Crossing construction, Long Stratton Bypass and potentially West Winch Housing Access Road.
