***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the RM6126 CCS Research & Insights Marketplace DPS. At Acas, our purpose is clear. We exist to make working life better for everyone by promoting healthy working relationships and addressing disputes and conflict in the workplace with a specific focus on reducing the cost of conflict in the workplace. Acas provides a variety of services including a mixture of free and paid for training for managers and organisations on employment relations and individual staff management issues. We also have statutory duties to provide early conciliation in individual disputes between employees and employers before they reach employment tribunal claims and in collective conciliation. By 2025, our ambition is to: • grow our reach and access • resolve disputes more quickly and effectively • forge consensus on the future of work • embrace difference, increase inclusion and create fairness
