This commission will produce a Master Plan / Supplementary Planning Document and Associated Advice for the growth of the Lea Bridge and Leyton areas. This is a 7 part commission which also includes provision of comprehensive multi-disciplinary advice, detailed site briefs, Infrastruture Plan, stakeholder engagement, delivery models and delivery plan plus brochure.
