## Description

Tenders are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees \(the "Council"\) from Service Providers with relevant experience and ability to provide Asbestos Consultancy Services \(the "Services"\) under a Framework Agreement, as detailed more fully in the Council's Minimum Specification and the Output and General Specifications\. The Council intends to appoint up to four \(4\) Service Providers on Lot 1 and eight \(8\) Service Providers on Lot 2 and an unlimited number of Service Providers for Lot 3 under this framework to perform the Services in connection with Asbestos Containing Materials \("ACM's"\) present within its asset management portfolio \(the "Portfolio"\)\.
