## Description

A service to support unpaid and informal carers in Trafford\. The service provider will be responsible for delivering some statutory duties towards carers, namely the provision of formal Carers Assessments, on behalf of the Council, alongside informal support for local carers\. The service will support adult carers and young carers\. In addition the provider will work collaboratively with other groups and organisations to promote equality of access for disadvantaged / marginalised communities and individuals
