## Description

This is a new contract to continue the provision of Independent Mobility Assessors to assess applicants applying under the Blue Badge scheme\. Lincolnshire County Council have an in house team who follow an eligibility criteria to issue Blue Badges to applicants, where this eligibility criteria can't be easily applied the application is to be sent to the Independent Mobility Assessors for further review\.
