## Description

Previously a programme-level monitoring & evaluation plan was being executed, which covered all Midland Metro extensions at a high-level, covering programme level metrics as opposed to scheme specific outcomes and impacts\. However, due to the funding requirements and some explicit instruction from DfT, there is the need to plan and execute more detailed scheme specific monitoring & evaluation for each of The Wednesbury to Brierley Hill, Metro Extension \(WBHE\) phases
