The Design and Refurbishment of 2 Children's Playgrounds for LB Hillingdon

The Council of the London Borough of Hillingdon intends to refurbish two existing playgrounds in two separate Park locations within the Borough.

The playgrounds are to be tendered on a Design and Build basis with individual budgets. The two playgrounds are to be tendered together but will be evaluated and awarded separately.

The two locations are:

LOT 1 - SPIDER PARK, VICTORIA ROAD, RUISLIP HA4 0DR LOT 2 - WILLOW TREE OPEN SPACE, DITCHFIELD ROAD UB4 9BH

It is expected that each scheme shall be completed on site within a maximum 5 week period, however, all works must be substantially completed by the 30 September 2021, or within 12 weeks of the issue of a purchase order.

The tenders will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Quality and 20% Price as set out in the tender documentation.
