Provision of Care and Support services for Orchid House, Sowerby

Thirteen Group is the largest housing association in the Tees Valley with 34,000 units from North Tyneside to York. We have 11 years experience of developing and delivering extra care with 10 schemes throughout our operating area.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a provider to operate within one of our flagship schemes, Orchid House in Sowerby, North Yorkshire.

We are proposing to commission guaranteed support hours within Orchid House, that allows future growth potential of care provision for a new or established provider in this location.

This market engagement event will enable: - understanding of extra care - showcase the excellent facilities - identify the areas for growth from this opportunity - provide extra information in how to bid for this tender

The event takes place at 10am on Friday 7th September at Orchid House, Gravel Hall Lane, Sowerby, North Yorkshire, YO7 1JP and will include a presentation, a tour of Orchid House and a chance to meet the project team from Thirteen together with representatives from North Yorkshire County Council.
