Responsive Repairs and Maintenance (Including Emergency Out of Hours)

Description

Responsive Maintenance Service including out of hours emergency call out to perform maintenance on a variety of Council owned assets in the East Lindsey area of Lincolnshire. Task will range from replacing a handle on a door right through to making good storm damage to external buildings. Additional information: The initial term is for a period of 48 months (4 years) with the option to extend for a further period of 2 X 1 years giving a maximum term of 72 months (6 years) This opportunity is utilising the Restricted Procedure.
