RMBC-AW-Mini Competition for Design & Build Works at Ashdene House, St Jude's Road, Surrey TW20 0DD - AWARD

This is notification on the Contract Finder about Awarded Contract The Authority is conducting the mini-competition from the EU Compliant Southern Construction Framework for the purpose of procuring the Works for the design and construction of 26 residential apartments at Ashdene House, St Jude's road, Surrey TW20. The development comprises of 22 x 1 bedroom/ 2 Person units and 4 x 2 bed / 4 Person, together with common parts and external landscaping and access. The existing building will be demolished prior to this contract starting. The contract includes developing the client commenced design through to 'for construction' stages.
