CWF Lot 2A - Skirsgill Labs Demolition

To undertake the demolition of the former Civil Engineering Labs / Offices (known as Block 'O') at the Cumbria County Council Skirsgill Depot, Penrith. Demolition is to include the removal of any sub structures, foundations, redundant drainage and hardstanding.The demolition and clearance of the building is to be completed by the end of March 2021. The adjoining Block 'N' is to be retained and protected throughout the duration of the works. There will be some making good upon completion at the interface with the retained gable to Block 'N'. The site is to be levelled with crushed stone / hardcore upon completion to form a parking area. The contractor is to provide a CCTV drain survey upon completion and a topographical survey of the site.
