Contract for the Provision of Adult Social Care Quality Management System

Gateshead Council (the Council) aims to further the interests of people in need of social care by promoting high standards of social care services and influencing the development of social care legislation. A key activity in support of these aims is monitoring the quality of providers delivering adult social care services. To this end, the Council has appointed a supplier to provide an adult social care quality management system to support its data gathering, workflow management and analytical needs in its role as assessor of the care quality delivered by providers of adult social services.
