Civica Revenues & Benefits System Renewal - Direct Award via CCS BOS (RM6194)

Provision of updated / renewed contract for various in-situ Civica products to enable to continuation of the service being provided. This includes the Civica OPENRevenues (OR) integrated Revenues, Benefits, DIP and workflow system, Civica Pay Cash Receipting, and Income Management and reconciliation systems. This will be combined via a multi-year enterprise licence agreement plus annual support and maintenance contract arrangements, which will support the council over the term of the contract by minimising additional costs and have supported budget forecasting. There will be a combination of fully cloud hosted and on-prem provisions which will eventually move to entire cloud hosted provision during the contract term.
