## Description

North Star seeks to appoint a Contractor to undertake External repair and replacement works to properties across the EHA & THA areas\. The work will consist of; Front & Rear Walls, Paving \(Hard standings, Concrete & Carparks\), turf, topsoil, grass seed, Fencing, gates, metal work etc\.\.\. The Contract will be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis\. Prosper Procurement Ltd \("PROSPER"\) is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body\.
