## Description

Contract on behalf Of West Suffolk Council for Feel Good Suffolk\. The purpose of this direct award is to Provide Adult weight management support whilst Suffolk partners design a local provision\. The Slimming world vouchers will offer; • Tier 2 weight management services - 387 vouchers • 12 weeks at face-to-face community groups\. • After the end of the contract, signposting back to Feel Good Suffolk\. • Each person is entitled to only 1 set of free vouchers \(conditions apply\)
