## Description

The Council currently deliver Bikeability in-house; an Active Travel England funded national cycle training programme for school children in England\. Bikeability cycle training is a practical training programme which provides school children with a life skill and enables them to cycle confidently and competently\. The Council are seeking an expert Supplier to take on delivery and the provision of Bikeability cycle training from 1 April 2025, with implementation for service readiness commencing in January 2025\. This is a Light Touch Regime Contract being tendered in accordance with regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 as amended\. A procurement process following the Open Procedure is being utilised, further details of which can be found the Procurement documents\. 15 month initial term with two 12 month optional extensions available\.
