## Description

Every organisation will have members of staff who are Neurodiverse \(1 in 7 in the general population\) but every person will be very different\. Therefore, they will need to be able to access information in a variety of formats that they are able to clearly understand\. We have a legal duty to provide this information under the Equality Act 2010\. Our organisation has a legal requirement to provide information in a variety of accessible formats \(Easy Read, Plain English, BSL, Braille etc\), for colleagues who have a disability and are covered under the Equality Act 2010\. The overarching scope of this contract is for a partner organisation\(s\) to support NHSE with a request to convert policies, reports, communications, training material and any other identified content, into a variety of accessible formats \(Easy read, Plain English, BSL, Braille\)\.
