Peabody Trust ("Peabody") is seeking to appoint contractors for the installation/replacement of electrical services door entry/access control systems to residential housing flats in a number of blocks on the Blackfriars Estate, London as outlined within this specification and on the accompanying tender drawing for the properties owned by Peabody. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
