Provision of a Relational Practice Training Provider

To run a 1 year pilot programme of relational practice training for between 6-12 pathfinder schools and settings in Southend, which may include special schools and alternative provisions. The Relational Practice pilot will run from September 2023 for 12 months. Should the pilot be successful by achieving the target outcomes and KPIs there will be an opportunity to continue working with the rest of the schools in Southend (53 in total).
