GB-Watford: Construction of Woodside Maintenance Depot Building

Watford Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest for the construction of a parks maintenance depot comprising a welfare facility, machinery and equipment storage shed, a secure external yard area, gabion retaining wall, earthworks and landscaping. The requirement is Design and Build under JCT 2016 arrangements. Please see attached documentation to review and submit your expression.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Please see Expression of Interest document for instructions. The Council has the right to shortlist suitable bidders if they have not responded to this advert.
