WO0198 Calne LC Biomass Retrofit

Wiltshire Council has a requirement for the installation of a replacement heating system at Calne Leisure Centre. There is a preference to base this heating system on a wood fired boiler solution, subject to technical and financially viability. Solutions where biomass plant is supported by alternative plant and existing oil plant will be considered. Overall the project must deliver a 1 tonne reduction in CO2 emissions for every £120 spent.
