## Description

This tender process is for the appointment of a Main Contractor for the refurbishment of areas with CBC within the Medical School building on our City Campus\. The Main Contractor will be required to contribute to the design element of the project, appointing sub-contractor specialists for work packages\. This tender process is a further-competition call-off against the NEUPC Minor Works Framework Agreement for North-East Universities EFM2031NE \(Lot 1A\)\.
