Description
The client (Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team) requires the construction of a technical Sustainable Urban Drainage system in an area of high flood risk on the Lancaster West Estate, North Kensington. The project aims to renovate a 300m2 area of green space at Morland House on Lancaster West Estate to reduce flood risk and improve biodiversity within the context of the wider project aims, including refurbishing all 825 homes and installing a fully renewable district heating network. This project entails the development of RIBA Stage 3 designs for SuDS, to RIBA Stage 4, and then the construction and handover of these features in line with RIBA stages 5, 6 and 7.
