Accomodation Based Housing - Related Support and Floating Support Service

Description

This tender relates to support services to vulnerable adults, it consists of 2 lots. A single contract will beawarded for each service lot. However, tenders will be welcomed from provider partnerships, consortiums orthose involving sub-contracting, as well as from individual providers. The provider will be expected to mobiliseready for the new service to commence delivery from the 1.9.2019. The Council is interested in bids from organisations with substantial knowledge and experience of providing therelevant support service for homeless or potentially homeless vulnerable individuals with complex needs. Strongbids will also demonstrate proficiency and experience of working in an open, transparent and collaborative wayacross whole systems.
