Employee Reward Programme

Torbay Council is seeking imaginative responses for provision of a future Employee Reward Programme.

The Authority is looking for Providers who will provide an online solution with a proven approach to the provision, implementation and management of the Programme and who can provide a service in keeping with the current arrangements.

The Contract is to provide an Employee Benefits Platform service to Authority employees which is also open to local schools and academies and some third party organisations who buy into the Authority's Human Resources Services.
