Framework Agreement for the supply of insurance services - SIMPLE TCI

Insurance services (excluding Brokerage services). The scope of this framework is for the provision of an insurance provider to deliver the Northern Housing Consortium’s (NHC) “SIMPLE” brand of Tenant Contents Insurance to current and future members of the NHC via our appointed brokers Marsh Ltd. The primary objective of SIMPLE is to provide tenants who live in social accommodation access to insurance services that are affordable, easy to understand and appropriate to the tenants needs. The intention is that this is provided by one supplier through portfolio underwriting. The NHC’s current and future Member organisations are the main stakeholders for this framework and consist of the following types of organisations: Local Authorities, Large Scale Voluntary Transfer organisations, Registered Providers/Social Landlords, Housing Associations, Arms Length Management Organisations, Housing Co-operatives and Charitable Organisations.
