OG - Cleaning (Midlands) - PP943

Orbit, a large Housing Association, is looking to procure extensive Cleaning Services from a high qualityprovider that will be delivered across approximately 4600 properties in the Midlands. Tenderers are requested to study the tender documentation in detail and ensure that specified requirements can be met and your understanding should therefore be reflected within your tender response. The contract for the provision of these services is expected to commence in the autumn of 2018; the exact dates to be agreed depending on the agreement between the successful provider and Orbit. The contract will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years (on a 1+1 basis) based onacceptable performance.
