Description
Horsham District Council (The Council) invites tenders for the provision of a new roadway and paths including drainage works at Hills Cemetery in Horsham, West Sussex RH12 1TT as set out in these documents. The Contract Start Date for the commencement of the works on site is scheduled to be on Tuesday 03 October 2023. The Practical Completion date for the works is Friday 1st December 2023 and there is a 12 month Defects Liability Period. The Council is procuring this contract following the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Council's Procurement Code. The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification.
