Essex County Council \(ECC\) is seeking to commission a high quality Specialist Adoption and Special Guardianship Order Support Services across Essex to meet the diverse needs of children and families\. As part of this, we want to secure a range of specialist training; specialist assessments; therapeutic interventions and short breaks\.
