Stock Condition Survey Auditing Services

*This is for information only, as the contract has been awarded* The services consist of auditing 10% of stock condition surveys carried out each year to properties owned and/or managed by the Client, equating to approximately 160 audits a year. The audits would comprise a mix of desktop (75%) and on-site (25%) visits. The full details of the services are set out in the specification.
