\*This is for information only, as the contract has been awarded\* The services consist of auditing 10% of stock condition surveys carried out each year to properties owned and/or managed by the Client, equating to approximately 160 audits a year\. The audits would comprise a mix of desktop \(75%\) and on-site \(25%\) visits\. The full details of the services are set out in the specification\.
