GB-London: Implications of new ways of working for combined authorities

The successful bidder will work with the combined authorities HR network and their wider teams to gather evidence, learning and best practice to create two products: a pen portrait of each of the combined authorities from an HR perspective, looking at how these are distinct from councils and even each other, and a guide to support combined authorities to implement and embed new hybrid models of working.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
