Work description
The Authority utilised the SCAPE Build Environment Consultancy Services Framework to Direct Award to Perfect Circle for the provision of Electrical Site Surveys to identified MOD estate.
SCAPE allows a Direct Award under their Framework which was competed under OJEU and compliant with PCR 2015 Regulations.
