The Authority utilised the SCAPE Build Environment Consultancy Services Framework to Direct Award to Perfect Circle for the provision of Electrical Site Surveys to identified MOD estate\. SCAPE allows a Direct Award under their Framework which was competed under OJEU and compliant with PCR 2015 Regulations\.
