NHS Property Services appointed Pinsent Masons for the services of professionally qualified legal Employment Lawyers to assist us with all aspects of complex Employment Law and Employee Relations, TUPE, Redundancy, Immigration, and acting for the Company in any cases brought before the Employment Tribunal Service or Employment Appeals Tribunal The contract will run for [an initial term of 36 months plus a 2-year extension option], extension shall be on the basis of supplier performance, market conditions and the requirements of NHSPS.
