## Description

Tower Hamlets CCG are to contract with Tower Hamlets GP Care Group for the provision of extended hours primary care provision within Tower Hamlets\. A procurement process has not been followed as these services are an extension of core-list base services that are delivered by the GP practices in Tower Hamlets\. Tower Hamlets GP Care Group, is a GP federation whose members comprise all 37 GP practices in Tower Hamlets\. The annual value of the contract is £920,000 per annum\. VAT inclusive The contract will be for a year with a possibility of one 1 year extension\. The service will be based out of GP practices in Tower Hamlets and be delivered as a seamless extension to current GP services\.
