Description

To support a contestability (make or buy review) and make recommendations on the best course of action and manage the delivery of the recommended outcome. To review all Technology Procurement and Logistics Third Line maintenance Contracts in order to ensure service continuity by putting in place appropriate commercial solutions and where applicable run public procurement competitions. To deliver value for money solutions by delivering appropriate Procurement and Commercial solutions for Information and Operational Technology products and services. Essential Skills: Experience of running public sector procurements Good commercial project management and project delivery skills Working knowledge of maintenance, repairs and operating supplies procurement Previous experience of delivering contestability (make vs buy) procurement and commercial solutions.
