Stratton St Margaret Parish Council intends to award a contract to a single supplier for the supply of planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive services for plumbing, electrical works and general repairs. The contract is also to provide a fast and reliable maintenance service for internal and external decoration to its building assets on a 5 year external and 2 year internal rota. To commence April 2017. Buildings Include: Grange Leisure SN3 4JY Meadowcroft Community Building SN2 7JX Meadowcroft Sports Pavilllion SN2 7JX Dorcan Sports Pavillion SN3 3LA Grounds Depot SN3 4NG
